Design and Layout
The Penthouse Sky Pool Villa represents the ultimate expression of the new Lefay Villas: its generous surface area, privileged position and refined finishes create a place designed to linger — and to be lingered in. The 400-sqm interior unfolds into a spacious living area with a lake-view lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with central island and bar. The design draws strong inspiration from the Italian nautical tradition, defined by solid geometric volumes in Canaletto walnut with softly rounded edges.

The sleeping quarters are accessed via a corridor celebrating the colours of the surrounding landscape, in a refined interplay of blues, aqua greens and golden accents, leading to the bedrooms. They each come with a private bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.

The Master Bedroom offers direct access to a true private SPA featuring a Jacuzzi® whirlpool bath, a biosauna and a panoramic sensory shower — the beating heart of the Villa.
